Lead Key Agency provides marketing, website and automation services under a monthly plan or a written proposal. Management fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms. Either party may cancel with 30 days notice after the first 90 days. Accounts, websites, content and data created for you remain your property. Performance targets and the ROI guarantee are defined in your contract.
