Refund policy

If we miss the cost-per-lead target written into your contract within the first 90 days, we refund the management fees for that period. Launch-date guarantee: if ads are not live within 7 days or an AI website within 14 days of receiving your materials, that month's fee is waived. Ad spend paid to Google, Meta or TikTok is not refundable by Lead Key. Refund requests: sales@leadkeymedia.com.
