Questions
When should I book my pool opening?

As soon as the snow is gone. Late April and May fill first; booking early gets you the week you want and a pool ready for the first warm weekend.

How often does the Water Care Program visit?

Weekly or bi-weekly, sized to your pool and how much it is used. Every visit includes testing, balancing and a short report.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most visits happen with nobody home; we need access to the backyard and the equipment. You get the report by email.

Do you service hot tubs?

Yes — drain-and-refill, water care and cover and filter checks, all year round, including winter.

How long does a liner last, and how is it quoted?

A well-kept liner typically lasts many seasons. We measure your pool, show you patterns and thicknesses, and give a written quote before ordering.

Are safety covers custom?

Yes. Mesh or solid, made to the exact shape of your pool and anchored into the deck, so it holds a child, a pet or a winter of snow.
